To apply to the game, simply fill out the general information below, and then follow the appropriate link to the biography template, copy and paste it into an email, and send it over once it's completed. We recommend that you save your biography in whatever word processing program you use to ensure that it isn't lost! If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
