The Lighthouse

The lighthouse has been around for as long as anyone can remember. Situated on a small peninsula at the edge of Rhossili Bay, it is shrouded in legend. Each night the lighthouse burns brightly as a beacon for ships at sea, yet the place has been deserted for decades. No one knows who sets the flame each night, and most are too frightened by the place to find out. About ten years ago, four curious students from Bullworth set out to find out, but they disappeared. It was rumored that they had drowned, but no bodies ever turned up despite numerous rescue boats searching.
